Singa Pura Pura: A fortnight has passed. No arrests were made and no one was charged despite the fact that there are at least three sections of federal laws that have been infringed.

On the contrary, there was a surfeit of gratuitous disclaimers by the prime minister, home minister and other Umno goons that they have no part in this depravity nor have they used the police or the machinery of the state to protect the pornographers. Such denials are plainly against the weight of the evidence and the precedence of history.

Not only were the trio of pornographers not prosecuted - they had the temerity to hold press conferences in public in furtherance of, and in postscript to, their crimes. They have the political gall to issue new ultimatums to the person they alleged was the subject matter of their pornography.

It is just asinine for the legally-trained home minister to parrot, "I don't know, you have to ask the prosecutor or the police." Is this Dicey's rule of law or Umno's rule of lawlessness.

Hence, the only logical and natural presumption that may be drawn from the trio's ability to continually flout the laws of the country with impunity is that they must have been pre-assured by the police and/or their Umno masters that they would be shielded from legal sanctions. If there is evidence to rebut this presumption, the country should like to see it!

Bluemountains: Are the home minister and the police doing the right thing? It looks like they are more interested in the identity of the person having sex with the woman in the video, which is not an offence. It looks like they are less interested in those who were in possession of and who screened the porno tape, which is definitely an offence.

If the trio is not arrested, the home minister and the police must quickly come out and say that the possession and screening of pornography is not an offence under the law.

Black Mamba: This incident clearly shows there are two standards of law in operation in Malaysia - one for those without "cable" to the right authority, and the other those with connection to the ruling government.

One will be oppressed, the other comes with opportunity to walk free. So much for transparency, good governance, rule of law and all the other rhetorical slogans.

Malaysians Are Not Stupid: Semua adik-beradik, don't expect anyone to be arrested, especially in this case where it serves BN's agenda.

I'm sure if it involves people outside BN, many would be arrested. Even when the rakyat have a peaceful gathering, the police would act immediately. In cases like this, they need to investigate, and investigate, and investigate until the cows come home.

And you know what? The case will eventually be tutup (close), as they can't find any evidence.

Changeagent: Hishammuddin's rational decision making abilities are seriously lacking at best, and quite atrocious at worst.

This is quite obvious from his unnecessary interference and heavy-handedness in the Bible-stamping issue, but unexplainable nonchalance in the Datuk 'Trio' sex video fiasco. He seems to have this uncanny knack of defiling holy matters, and justifying illegal activities.

Abil: No arrest for acting, producing and exhibiting pornography? Has a new law been passed lately? You answer this, home minister.

Multi Racial: The worst part is that Perkasa treasurer Shuib Lazim so proudly declared that he was involved in this illegal activity. He talked as if assurances have been given to him that he will not be arrested.

If you look back on all those sabotages in the past, you will realise they only happen within BN, particularly Umno:

8) and now this.

See what kind of politicians we have in BN.

BTN: Money is the root of all evil and BN's despicable and dirty tactics is a living testimony of that statement. God-fearing people does not do such evil things. Those who professed to uphold the name of their religion and God, but on the contrary misused of their religion for their selfish gain - this type of people are the real sheep in wolf clothing.

Ghkok: Just ignore this trio and don't get distracted. Focus on the Sarawak elections. This trio is despicable. They are scums. I blame the media for giving them so much attention. Surely, society deserves some respect.

You can't just let any scums get attention - it undermines society. I call on the media to be more responsible. Surely, there are much more important and credible news to report on.

Now, it is very clear from your background as a Perkasa man that you play a part in trying to frame Anwar Ibrahim. The video in most people's mind is a dubious fraud to deceive the general public. The Anwar of the present is different from the past.

Malaysian society itself, especially the Umno/BN elites, are almost all tainted with one scandal or another. For a pot to call a kettle black is a real joke. Using a sex video to assassinate the character of another person just because he/she is a threat is not going to sway the people anymore.

We don't care whether it is a black cat or white cat or a dirty swine - as long as it delivers, it is a good animal. Umno, listen here and listen good, stop your gutter politics.
