PAS land deal: Ngeh & Nga bankrupt of integrity & why is Kit Siang so quiet - MCA

PAS land deal: Ngeh & Nga bankrupt of integrity & why is Kit Siang so quiet - MCA
The explanation offered by DAP Perak Chairman and his cousin i.e. Dato’ Ngeh Koo Ham and Nga Kor Ming regarding the controversial  land transaction with the Kelantan state government sees the emergence of more questions and doubts rather than answers.
Why are Ngeh and Nga bypassing the DAP chairman Karpal Singh and providing their briefing to DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang? They are suspiciously circumventing the authority of their party chairman.
When the blog pisau.net first revealed the land deal as an appeasement to DAP to let PAS’ Nizar JAmaluddin become the Menteri Besar despite DAP gaining more seats, the Ngeh-Nga cousins offered contradictory explanations.
DAP National Chairman Karpal Singh had mentioned that he had no knowledge of the land deal and thus on 23 December 2012 had instructed both the Sitiawan and Pantai Remis state Assemblymen to give an explanation.
However both cousins had briefed Kit Siang several months ago - ahead of Karpal, and claimed to have only emailed regarding the land transfer to the DAP chairman on 22 December 2012. This shows they were avoiding Karpal with the hopes to settle the problem privately with Kit Siang.
Why is Kit Siang keeping mum?
The Ngeh-Nga cousins also claim to have explained to the DAP Central Executive Committee (CEC) via the email of 22 December 2012 and that they “believe” the CEC had already received the details of their investment plan.
What remains questionable is that, why has Kit Siang opted not to respond to the information of their participation in the land acquisition that was made privy to him in advance by the two Perak lawmakers? Does this mean there are secrets between them?
Since Lim Kit Siang and DAP CEC were aware of the commercial transaction, but Karpal demands the Ngeh-Nga duo for an explanation, up till now, none of the CEC office bearers have come forward to their defence. Does this mean that the Opposition legislators are acting as a shield for the DAP CEC while Kit Siang attempts to be vague about it?
It should be stressed that whenever there are controversial issues involving this DAP duo, DAP’s CEC will be the first to come out to defend. This occasion regarding the  land transfer, it is rare that there is “zero counter attack.”
Adopting an attitude of not responding deepens people’s suspicion on the credibility of the Nga-Ngeh explanation. The rakyat have reason to believe there is a "credibility crisis", while Lim Kit Siang has ordered DAP to maintain dignified silence in order to escape responding.
