After leading about 50 Umno Youth members who demonstrated outside the DAP headquarters in May, the leader of the group is now urging police and the attorney-general not to carry out selective persecution but to be fair in their investigations.
Umno Federal Territory Youth chief Mohd Razlan Muhammad Rafli today also alleged that police had not acted against at least 20 Bersih 2.0 members despite their photographs being published in the media for causing a ruckus in the city previously.
"Faces of 20 people were published in the media. We know some of them. Do not tell us that none were identified. What happened to that case?" asked Razlan.
They are being investigated for criminal intimidation.

Razlan said they would cooperate with police but felt their case did not affect the public on the same scale as the Bersih 2.0 demonstration two years ago.
"We want the IGP and A-G to be fair. Do not be selective.”
Razlan was among the Umno Youth members who gathered outside the DAP headquarters to protest against the "Umno celaka" (Umno be damned) remark made earlier by  DAP's Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N Rayer in the Penang assembly.
Following that incident, a group stormed into the state assembly, demanding that Rayer apologise for the remark.
A day later, Razlan and his group demonstrated outside the DAP headquarters in Jalan Yew, Pudu in Kuala Lumpur.
The group threatened to torch the DAP headquarters.
Another group, believed to be Umno members, also attacked the DAP office in Kuantan.
"We will give our cooperation in our case but the authorities must also not be afraid to prosecute and charge those from the opposition," said Razlan, refering to Rayer who was to be charged with sedition, but whose case has since been postponed.
"He (Rayer) not only uttered the remark in the state assembly but he also did it outside in public. Does he have immunity for that?
"He was supposed to be charged but what happened? Just be fair. Do not be selective just because he (Rayer) is from the opposition or are we now allowed to utter seditious words against other races and parties in the open?"
