Gucci handbag, CK watch, cash, gold chain not enough - they also GANG-RAPED HER

BUTTERWORTH - Four youths were hauled to court today to face multiple charges of robbing, raping and molesting a female Chinese national and gang robbing her partner earlier this month.
Wan Noorsaipul Abdullah, Muhammad Fuzairi Azmi, both 23, Mohamad Kamal Masiran, 25, and Mohamad Azrul Azlan Mohamad, 19, were jointly charged at a Sessions Court here with robbing the 21-year old Chinese national of her Gucci handbag, CK watch, RM1,000 and USD1,000, a gold chain, a gold bracelet, an iPhone 5 and a camera at the Penang Bridge rest stop about 3.30am on August 3.
Azrul Azlan and Fuzairi also faced another charge of raping the woman ‎in Sungai Lokan, between 3.30am and 7.07am on the same day.
The four were also jointly accused of gang robbing ‎one Tan Chin Meng, 46, of RM1,000, his smartphone and several automated teller machine (ATM) cards and hurting him in the process, at the Penang Bridge rest stop about 3.30am on the same day.
Meanwhile, in a magistrate's court, Wan Noorsaipul was charged with using criminal force with intent to outrage the modesty of the 21-year-old at the Sungai Lokan industrial area, between 3.30am and 7.07am, on the same day.
All four claimed trial to their respective charges before Sessions Court judges Julie Lack Abdullah and Roslan Hamid‎, as well as magistrate Muhammad Firdaus Abdul Wahab.
All cases will be re-mentioned on Sept 23. The four have been granted a total bail amount of RM95,000.
Fuzairi was represented by V. Guha, while the other three accused were unrepresented.
Deputy Public Prosecutors Lim Cheah Yit, Fauziah Daud and ‎Khairul Fairuz Rahman prosecuted in the respective courts. -NST
