What a farce!
Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajed who met Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in Putrajaya last week wanted to migrate to Malaysia and contest in the 2018 general elections.
Come on! CNN (I believe) does not produce such a crap, and neither will Hasina utter such 'stupid diplomacy' to stay in power.
This 'cut and paste' news has been in circulation more than two years ago. The then Home Minister Hishammuddin Tun Hussein didn't pay any attention to it. He knew it was a 'naughty bluff' by some parties to make fun of her and Malaysia.
Our present Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi too does not entertain it as he believes it 'never happened'.
Who was responsible? We don't know but it casts a bit of 'threat' to Malaysia-Bangladesh good and cordial relationship.
However, no cause for alarm...even for a false one. Zahid and his media team should just ignore it. I think our PM too will not buy it.
