Premeditated and Planned

Image result for 1MDB and Money MissingImage result for Ringgit Malaysia

Folks that RM27 billion (+-) from the RM42 billion is gone.   Do not forget that extra RM4.0 billion that was lent to SRC.

The numbers are so big that RM4 billion looks like peanuts. We should also be focussing on the RM4 billion involving SRC.  Kepada YB dan blogger berkenaan please take note.

So RM27 billion plus RM4 billion = RM31 billion is gone case. We are not going to see this money again.

Many of us have forgotten the timeline. This did not happen yesterday. The moneys began to fly out over a period of about 18 days in 2009. The 'earth moved' six long years ago already. Six years is a LONG, LONG time for the money to be reinvested, spent, transferred here and there etc. That money is gone.

Even if Montmorency is kicked out tomorrow, this country must still pay back that RM42 billion + RM4 Billion = RM46 Billion, not including interest.

We can save the country plenty of pain if this case is classified a criminal case. Fraud, CBT, theft or whatever and Police investigation as well as charging people in court begins as soon as possible.

That may give the gomen some breathing space from having to pay all those debts (money siphoned out through criminal means is stolen money).  Maybe some extra time for the gomen - with a moratorium on the interest payments -  to recover as much of that stolen money as possible.   But that is not going to happen.

This is a huge weakness in our system of patronage and hierarchical 'butt kissing' and 'brown nosing'.  What if Nambawan boss man is a crook? Everyone will still fall in line behind him. Hence it is very difficult to get rid of them so quickly.

I am really surprised that the MACC has not said much about this case. This is the largest case of funds gone missing ever in the history of the modern world. This is Guinness Book of World Records stuff. Yet the MACC boys are quiet as door mice.  Maybe my buddies at the MACC will call me about this.

I recall somewhere in 2009, after Montmorency had ascended the throne, some of us Bloggers met him in his house. We were served excellent mee goreng.

Now I recall many things  that were said which seem to fall in place. The Blogger Marahku and another raised the matter of a muallaf guy who was already playing a big role in the office. The discussion was quite 'hot' at times. But he refused to budge. He said, 'I know what I am doing' (or similar).  Meaning the muallaf guy stays in place.

(Then a few years later that really silly "cameras" scandal broke. That same muallaf guy was behind that project. Again hundreds of millions of Ringgit involved. About two years ago another very  highly placed source told me that the muallaf guy was worth at least RM300 million.  At that time. Now maybe even more.  And surely the loot is always shared.)

Then the other blogger went tooth and nail against Montmorency about that IQ 3.85 guy.  The Blogger pointed out (SIX YEARS AGO) that the IQ 3.85 guy did not seem to have the "brain cells" to handle the Information job that had been given to him.

Here  (it all falls in place now)  Montmorency did not defend IQ 3.85 much. He seemed to acknowledge that IQ 3.85 was a dim wit. But his body language did not indicate that he would be getting rid of IQ 3.85.  It strongly indicated otherwise - he wanted the dim wit close to him.  This was SIX YEARS ago.  I was wondering why?

You are the Nambawan boss man. Wouldnt you want clever people inside your machinery? No? Why not?   Why would you want dim wits in your machinery? Because they have an important role to play.     The Sultan of Malacca needed people like the unquestioning and ever loyal Hang Tuah to dive into the cess pool to retrieve his horse.

And so it all falls in place. It was a two part process.

Firstly, they (yes the two of them) were surrounding themselves with the crooky types who had the skills, shrewdness and the guts to plunder.  These would be their 'operatives'.

And there are quite a few. There was that carpet seller. Then a cloth merchant - also a close friend of the lady. Talk is he was given plenty of cheap land. Thats why you see that name popping up all over the country. Even on the road to Camerons - at the junction (sekarang sudah tutup).

The fake MBA guy is another one.   Even the fake PhD guy. And the king jack of them all - Fei Low.  These were their operatives, the more intelligent but crooky guys.  They needed these people to get things done.  Not surprisingly none of them are Malays. All non Malays. And they always grab the lions share.

Secondly they needed 'legitimacy', 'proper endorsements', proper "filling in the paperwork" etc. For this to happen they needed super morons inside the machinery to smoothen the plundering process.

Hence the IQ 3.85 guy has become indispensable. So was the 'jangan makan ayam' guy (hand picked by the lady),  the 'kotak ikan' guy etc.  A few well placed 'Chairman of the BOD' guys etc.  There are many more.  These are the dumb guys who will jump into the cesspool to retrieve the Sultan's horse.  And sadly, these are all Malays. They may have got a share - but maybe just peanuts.  In such cases, the Malays usually get the lesser portions.

There is no way such a huge and complicated  heist could be the result of an honest mistake or things got out of control or poor management skills.  No way.   The objective was to plunder. From the beginning itself.  This was premeditated from day one, over six years ago.

Never before in the history of mankind has so much money RM31 billion (RM27b + RM4b) or over US$8.5 Billion, been stolen from the coffers of one country. This has happened here in Malaysia.

And never before in the history of mankind have so many people been so ignorant and quiet about the whole thing. They just do not see the size of the loss and its implications. Sadly this is the situation of the majority of Malay folks.

If this was Iraq or Afghanistan or Syria, that money (the whole RM27b + RM4b = RM31 billion) can be "made" to come back quickly.  There are ways to make this happen. But (sadly in this case) this is not Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria.

RM31 billion is gone.
