This is Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam the Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore. He is presently the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapore. Tharman was educated at the London School Of Economics, Cambridge and Harvard.
He is well placed to become the Prime Minister of Singapore after Mr Lee Hsien Loong. The question is is the PAP ready to select a Tamil guy to be the Prime Minister? The Singapore public seems ready to have Tharman as a PM. He could be the Prime Minister of Singapore but maybe not the leader of the PAP.
Anyway here is Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam giving an outstanding performance at a Conference in Europe.
