NAJIB TO FACE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT? Son of slain AmBank founder looks for lawyers
Pascal Najadi, the son of assassinated Ambank founder, is stepping up efforts to bring to justice top Malaysian politicians whom he believes are behind his father's murder.
The Swiss private banker is inviting 'clever, willing and able international criminal lawyers' to take his father's case to the international criminal court.
This follows hot on the heels of a move by his firm -  Najadi & Partners - to recruit a top police expert in international money laundering affairs.
In his latest post on the Justice for Najadi - Ambank Facebook Page, Pascal did not name whom he intends to take to the ICC but he has accused Prime Minister Najib Razak of involvement.
"Mr. Najib Razak, today I was at the Palais des Grandes Nations in Geneva regarding you and your government affairs, wrote Pascal in a posting published a few days ago.
"You should feel ashamed of yourself. Is this the Malaysia your good late father dreamt about?
"You have proven to all Malaysians and the world that is observing you that you are not only not fit and proper to be in government but worst, that you have no feelings or morals.
"Let me predict here this. Justice is catching up with you via the level playing field of international law. You will feel pity of yourself at the end of the road when Justice who is blind will judge you."
Hiring lawyers
Then, in his latest post published on July 18, this is what Pascal wrote:
Dear Malaysians Citizens & Netizens, dear International Observers, distinguished Members of the Press, my dear Friends,
Important new development: Our team is now reviewing legal steps, I reserve all rights and I am preparing for Justice to be served by the means of international criminal law. We are talking to law firms in Geneva, Paris, London, New York, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.
We are interested to take to willing and able lawyers with the right punch to take up the mandate for Justice for Hussain Najadi, brutally assassinated in the middle of KL on Monday, July 29th 2013.
For all those of you who are strong and willing to share their strategies, please write to security@najadi.ru
We are reviewing all options in the coming days.
Looking forward.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Pascal Najadi
