BAGAN DATOH - Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has dismissed talk that several mentris besar will be removed from their posts.
The Deputy Prime Minister said on Saturday that this matter was not discussed during a meeting between the Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Umno liaison chiefs on Friday night.
"There are no changes, that I assure you," he told reporters after his division meeting.
Following the meeting at Seri Perdana in Putrajaya on Friday evening, talk is rife that three mentris besar will be dropped.
There are Perak (Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir), Kedah (Datuk Mukhriz Tun Mahathir) and Pahang (Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob). - ANN
